Will you bill services to my Insurance?

As a service to our patients, insurance is billed. Please be sure to check with your insurance about coverage of Naturopathic and which Dr. Sodhi is in Network. Please keep us informed of your insurance coverage.

What information will the Patient Services Representative need to schedule an appointment?

When calling to schedule an appointment, please have the following patient information ready:

  • Patient’s full name (including middle initial)
  • Date of birth
  • Current address and phone number
  • Current insurance information
  • Physician’s name who you wish to schedule appointment with
  • Credit Card Information

What if I can’t make my appointment and I need to re-schedule?

Please call your physician’s office as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your appointment. We prefer all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to give another patient the opportunity to be treated.

What insurance does the clinic accept?

What conditions do naturopathic doctors see??

All of them! Because Naturopathic Medicine focuses on the health of the entire body and not the specific disease, our supportive care can provide increased vitality to regain one’s health and balance. Naturopathic medicine has the ability to further assist with any condition that is treated with conventional interventions. We often work in conjunction and receive various referrals from other medical professionals. This is because many conditions that are deemed “untreatable” by other physicians have been dramatically improved with naturopathic therapies.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

In today’s hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully request that you cancel your New Patient scheduled appointment a minimum of 48 hours in advance. That way the open slot can be filled with someone needing an appointment. Failure to cancel the appointment 48 hours in advance will result in a missed appointment fee of $265.00.

For existing patients, we request that you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance will result in a missed appointment fee of $140.00.

The fee is not covered by insurance carriers and will be your responsibility to pay.

• There is no refund for herbs or items purchased from the website.

What happens during the first visit?

Prior to the first visit, you are required to fill out an intake and consent form. Please go to the New Patient Forms page to download what you need.The first visit is 1 – 1.5 hours depending on the case. The longer appointment time allows us to review the amount of information that is needed to commence assessment. Doctors will do the following:

  • A thorough intake including current concerns, past conditions, family history and a review of systems
  • A complaint-oriented physical exam or complete physical, if indicated
  • Order lab work if necessary
  • An initial individualized treatment plan that incorporates individual or various treatment modalities, as indicated Follow-ups are 30 minutes, but for times & fees of the various types of visits and services please contact reception. The hours of the clinic is Monday 9:30am-6pm; Tuesday – Friday 8:30am-6pm

• The address information will be used for delivering products, and may also be used in marketing; whereas payment information will be used to collect payments and for accounting purposes.
