- Wash quinoa in a strainer
- Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes, and allow it to cool down
- Add chopped leeks, tomato, kale/spinach, and cilantro
- Add cumin powder
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon or lime juice to taste
- Mix well
