Rekha Sodhi, wife of Dr. Virender Sodhi, has worked with him at the clinic in different capacities. She had worked as lead Panch Karma technician for 30+ years.

Patients loves her healing and nurturing energy. She has been instrumental in the growth of the clinic and now play the role of Chief Financial officer.

Outside of work, she is a creative master chef, who loves to explore organic, natural recipes, firmly rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. 

In fact, the majority of the nature-inspired recipes on this website has been developed by her.

Rekha is also the first person to test Dr. Sodhi’s Natural Hair Dye. She feels content that her husband has created a wonderful solution that is 100% natural with no harmful chemicals that deteriorate the quality of quality of hair over time.

At home, Rekha is a loving grandmother and enjoys spending time with her grandson, Aarav Rishi Sodhi.

Ranjit came from Singapore in 1993 and joined the clinic in 1999. She obtained her LCCI Diploma in Marketing, Sales Management, Public Relations, and Advertising.

As the office manager at the Ayurvedic & Naturopathic Clinic in Bellevue, WA, she is the loving glue that holds the office together as a cohesive unit for holistic healing.

She organizes and coordinates office administration procedures in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic on a daily basis.

When she’s not working at the clinic, she enjoys spending free time with family and friends. She also loves going for walks and practicing yoga.

Amy LeMay has been an herbalist for more than 35 years.  She founded a natural products company and formulated an ethnobotanical line of skin care products in Barbados. In 2015 she went back to school at Bastyr University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Herbal Science, her Massage License, and her Master of Science in Ayurvedic Science.

Her master’s degree included 2 years of clinical work in the Bastyr Clinic.
Amy did a three-week internship in India at the Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College and Hospital in Paprola, Kangra where she learned ancient techniques and saw cutting edge research in a clinical setting. During this internship she and classmates stayed at Ketav’s Ayush Health Paradise, a Sodhi family Panchakarma center where she got to know the family and learned of Dr.
Virender Sodhi’s work with cancer. Amy is a cancer survivor who wants to put her knowledge and experience into helping cancer patients and survivors as well as their families and others.

Amy is an avid organic gardener and grandmother of two wonderful girls. She spends her free time with them, gardening or formulating herbal products. Amy considers herself to be a spiritual being but not religious. She finds the light in everything around her.
