Abhayanga & Sweda
A herbal oil body massage followed by Ayurvedic medicated steam is a perfect combination of two therapies, as the heat of the Sweda enhances the healing properties of the herbal-infused oil of the Abhyanga. The skin is the largest organ of the body with the ability to interface with the external world through absorption and excretion. Steam opens skin pores, allowing the infused oil to enter the body more efficiently. And detoxifying via sweat is a potent way to cleanse the system and support overall health.
