Ingredients
- Cardamom seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Black peppercorn – 1 tablespoon
- Coriander seed – 3 tablespoons
- Whole cloves – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seed -3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon stick 2 to 3 inches, crushed
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a coffee grinder, grind to find powder. Store in an airtight jar or keep refrigerated.
