Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash quinoa in a strainer
  2. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes, and allow it to cool down 
  3. Add chopped leeks, tomato, kale/spinach, and cilantro
  4. Add cumin powder
  5. Add salt, pepper, and lemon or lime juice to taste
  6. Mix well
  7. Serve
